MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Backup the existing AX Stations

2. Migrate the existing AX Stations to N4

3. Install the N4 station onto a new appropriately sized and licensed Johnson Controls FX-80 or in the case of the

Web Supervisor / ServerStation onto the virtual sever provided by Kent ISD for the purpose.

4. Provide a 5-year maintenance/license agreement for each Jace.

5. Verify the communication between the Jaces and the Websupervisor

6. Verify the graphical user interfaces on each of the Jaces

7. Verify the functionality between each of the Jaces and the School Dude Soft Jace (daa). This soft Jace is loaded on a Kent ISD operated Virtual Server. It is running the latest Tridium N4 software and is connecting nicely to all of our current AX Jaces right now. This must remain intact. Through this School Dude discovers and overrides zone points and monitors points for critical alarm situations in order to automatically create work orders.

8. Verify that all points and histories residing on the ServerStation are still properly linked from each Jace.

9. Provide all serial numbers, license numbers, protocol activation numbers, product keys, etc. for all the new software and hardware to the owner in a word document.
