About this file
This is an instructional guide document issued by the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) in Kentucky that outlines the vendor registration and attendance procedures for pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings. The guide requires all attendees to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of meetings to facilitate security clearances and transportation arrangements. The document specifies that company administrators must add all individuals who plan to attend through their account, and each attending individual must then personally complete the RSVP process by logging into their OpenGov account, navigating to the Events RSVP dropdown next to Draft Response, and selecting "Attending" for the appropriate meeting. The related contract opportunity is for Interior Landscaping and Seasonal Decoration services, with a pre-proposal meeting and site visit scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Center, 77 Comair Blvd, Erlanger, Kentucky. Vendors must submit questions by 11:59 pm on Monday, June 1, 2026, with answers posted no later than Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 11:59 pm, and proposals are due by Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
The guide emphasizes that attendee names must be accurate to maintain an appropriate attendee list and that multiple individuals from the same company may register independently. Additional detailed instructions for account management and system navigation are available through the OpenGov online Help Center. The document serves as a procedural overview to ensure vendors understand the administrative requirements for participating in KCAB's procurement process.

Kenton County Airport Board Instructional Guide for Vendors to RSVP to PreBid/PreProposal Meetings
KCAB requires all attendees for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Properly completing this RSVP process ensures that KCAB can perform all required security clearances prior to the site visit and ensures that adequate transportation is arranged.
The person attending the meeting must be the one to RSVP so that we have an accurate list of attendee names.
This document is being provided as a brief overview of the RSVP process. Bidders are encouraged to review the online Help Center provided by OpenGov, accessible at this link:
https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more in depth instructions pertaining to accounts and system navigation.
Adding users to your account
Admin is available for users with an admin role, and it allows them to add and disable users as part of their company account. An admin for your company must add every individual who is attending the meeting.
Then the individual attending the meeting must complete the RSVP. Multiple people from the same company can register, but each must complete the RSVP individually.

2. Find the meeting you will be attending (Prebid Meeting or Pre-Proposal Meeting) and click the Not Attending option to flip it to Attending.
