About this file

This document is a Qualification Requirements form for a specific aviation control column component, National Stock Number 1680015278153, Part Number 35-12569-502, dated 02/14/2025. The document outlines strict manufacturer qualification criteria for this critical aviation part, emphasizing that only manufacturers who have successfully completed comprehensive testing by the original design company or those with government-validated similar testing can be considered approved sources.

The qualification requirements are divided into two primary periods: before and after October 19, 1984, with different evaluation standards for each timeframe. Section F.2(b) is specifically checked, indicating that manufacturers must either be the original design company or have completed testing on items determined by the government to be similar in complexity and criticality. The document is signed by James Kenneth Domonique from the 423 SCMS symbol, suggesting this is a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation sourcing document with stringent quality and safety prerequisites for potential suppliers.
