Questions & Answers for JFSD201907 Repair (SUS) Base Operations B528

1. In the selection criteria, it mentions Estimation experience, wondering if our Estimator needs to have a specific certification? In other RFQs, we’ve been asked for a CEP certification, and we wanted to confirm if that specific certification is required for this RFQ.

No, there are no specific requirements for this.

2. Can the “Option 3 – Major Renovation selected by the government from the July 2021 Foss

3. The scope of work isn’t defined. The deliverables are well defined, but we don’t know anything about the building. I.e. when was it built, how many sq feet of space, any specific deficiencies identified, etc?

If you would like the existing drawings, please contact the POC's listed on the post and they will be sent via DoDSAFE.

4. Recommend you open this opportunity for both SB Architectural Services firms in NAICS 541310 and SB Engineering Services firms, NAICS 541330.
