JFK Mid-rise Bank 3 Elevator Replacement

1. 3 Project Duration

Once the Notice to Proceed (NTP) has been given, the Contractor has Fifteen (15) Months to complete the project. The Contractor shall schedule all labor/work, materials, orders, deliveries, security clearances, etc. in a timely manner to ensure approved schedule is always maintained.

1.4 Scope of Work

A. Summary

1) The Contractor shall provide all labor, material/supplies and equipment to support the removal and full replacement of the mid-rise, Bank 3 elevators at the JFK FOB in Boston MA. The replacement consists of three (3) elevators cars 7, 8, & 9 that serve the midrise floors of one (1) through (15). The drawings and specifications included in the solicitation, 47PB0023R0035 , include scope to replace all Twenty-Six (26) elevators. The contractor shall utilize the drawings & details that are specific to a full systems replacement of the (3) elevators identified in this SOW. The requirements include all provisions to replace the elevators and as follows:

B. Scope Package Requirements:

1) Specifications: The Contractor shall provide the work as specified in the 100% design document specifications.
