Price adjustments may be made after the first 24 months based on performance and availability of funds, with increases not to exceed the lesser of five percent or the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U). The award requires approval by the Public Procurement Review Board (PPRB) and/or the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration Office of Personal Service Contract Review (OPSCR). No set-aside designations or restrictions limiting the types of organizations or individuals that can respond are identified in the procurement documents. References will be contacted until two references have been successfully reached and Reference Survey Score Sheets have been completed for each applicant; applicants are encouraged to submit additional references beyond the minimum of three to ensure availability and maximize compliance verification.
