About this file
This document contains the Questions and Answers related to the RFQ-SO-1099-22 - Marion County Jail Surveys 2022, a request for quotes issued by the Marion County Sheriff's Office to conduct a survey/evaluation of adults in custody at the Marion County Jail and Transition Center. The RFQ specifies that the survey must be offered to up to 144 adults in custody at the Transition Center and up to 415 adults in custody at the Jail, with only those willing to participate being allowed to do so. The RFQ also notes that no Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, or Marion County Network interface will be allowed. Regarding the timeline, the RFQ states that proposed work must begin within 30 days of contract execution, with the project completion estimated to take 3-5 months.
The RFQ does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other salient information. It does indicate that incentives for adult in custody interview/survey participants that do not involve Sheriff's Office staff will be considered, provided they do not violate any policies or ethics rules.
