About this file
This document is an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) permit for the construction project "Solar/PV Awning Project" at the Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic (JACC). The permit covers installation of a photovoltaic array by contractor TBD with an estimated duration of TBD. It classifies the risk level of construction activities and outlines infection control requirements including isolating HVAC systems, maintaining negative air pressure, containing construction waste, and cleaning procedures. Additional safety and infection control signoffs are required before work commences in negative pressure rooms housing TB patients.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs for project 520-18-119 to install a photovoltaic array at JACC in Pensacola, Florida. The solicitation number is 36C25623R0039 and details are provided for the required construction services.
