About this file
This document package includes a DD254 security classification specification and details of a related federal contract opportunity notice.
The DD254 specifies security requirements for a contract to provide space systems development and engineering services to the Naval Research Laboratory. It requires contractor personnel to have secret clearances for access to classified information, including SCI, at government facilities. The related opportunity notice is a small business set-aside solicitation from the Department of the Navy for research and development services in support of the Precise Antennas Narrow-beam Transmitting Highly Energized Radiation program. Interested offerors must submit proposals by October 8, 2021 to develop signal generation techniques and associated hardware and software across the radio frequency spectrum for atmospheric research and spacecraft calibration using high-power, narrow beams.
