About this file

This document outlines a federal contract opportunity from the United States Agency for International Development Bosnia and Herzegovina to implement the Support to Electoral Integrity in Bosnia and Herzegovina Activity. USAID/BiH seeks proposals for a four-year cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract to provide strategy planning training for electoral administration, anti-corruption measures, training and equipment for civil society observers, and training of election officials and domestic observers. Offerors must submit proposals by 4:00 p.m. local time on May 10, 2023. Questions are due by April 7, 2023. USAID encourages participation from U.S. small businesses as prime contractors or subcontractors. The contract does not obligate funds and USAID reserves the right to award without discussions.
