About this file

This document contains two proposed standard work templates for continuous maintenance availabilities for aircraft carriers. The templates outline requirements for planning services to prepare 170 work items and 9 CM/WOOs, including developing cost estimates, conducting ship checks, coordinating materials, and providing technical documentation. They also describe requirements for overall program management to support 5,000 man-days of maintenance work, including daily production meetings, identifying growth work, attending planning meetings, developing cost proposals, and performing contract administration. The templates indicate continuous maintenance includes schedule, emergent, and unscheduled availabilities, but do not specify pricing, response dates, or agencies involved.
