About this file

This document is a Standard Work Template (SWT) outlining requirements for accountability of manhour and material reservations for combat systems repair and refurbishment work. The SWT requires contractors to identify tasks and estimate manhours and material costs using a Reservation Task Request/Control Form, obtain authorization from the SUPERVISOR for negotiated estimates, track expenditures against reservations, and submit weekly and final reports. Only actual production manhours and material costs will count toward fulfilling reservations; supervision, quality assurance, and other non-direct labor will not. The related solicitation is for combat systems repair and refurbishment services in support of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command under solicitation number N5005420R0001.
