About this file

This document contains a Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire to be completed by potential contractors for a seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping services contract for facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah. The questionnaire requests information on the estimated number of employees who would require routine access to Federal Aviation Administration facilities or computer systems, or access to sensitive unclassified information. It includes questions on labor categories, position titles, number of employees, and access needs to help the FAA determine appropriate investigation and badging requirements for contractor personnel if a contract is awarded. The related solicitation is for tiered small business set-aside landscaping and groundskeeping services, with an opportunity for large businesses if there is insufficient small business participation. The contracting agency is the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Southwestern Region.
