About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and solicitation for a mid-term availability contract for the USNS APACHE (T-ATF 172). The Military Sealift Command is soliciting offers for repairs and maintenance of the vessel, with responses due by May 29, 2020. Interested parties must first sign a non-disclosure agreement to receive the work package and associated drawings. The past performance questionnaire requests information on a contractor's previous quality, timeliness, business relations, and staffing for a reference contract, to evaluate its offer. Respondents are asked to rate and comment on these areas using defined ratings. The solicitation also contains the questionnaire, solicitation number, and indicates that the J&A and J-attachments provide additional details on the opportunity.
