About this file

This is an Item Unique Identification (IUID) checklist detailing marking requirements for a Circuit Card Assembly (NSN 5998016536192WF). The document specifies that marking must comply with MIL-STD-130 standards, using ink jet method to create a data label containing both human-readable and machine-readable matrix formats. The IUID marking must include CAGE (17V), Part Number (1P), and Serial Number (IS), be highly visible, easily accessible, and permanent.

This checklist corresponds to solicitation FA8212-25-Q-0005 from the Air Force Sustainment Center for an F-16 Circuit Card Assembly, requiring delivery of one unit by December 31, 2026 (with early delivery permitted). The solicitation requires engineering source approval from the Design Control Activity and submission of responses by January 28, 2025, at 12:00 PM MST. The part requires specific manufacturing qualification requirements due to its structural and functional integrity considerations.
