About this file
This is an addendum to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) 2026-102 issued by the University of Florida's Office of Real Estate for UF Health Primary Care Newberry. The ITN seeks proposals for a build-to-suit medical office building consisting of approximately 10,000 to 15,000 contiguous usable square feet to house a University of Florida Health Primary Care practice in Newberry, Florida. The facility will be used for clinical, lab, and general administrative offices, with standard office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though after-hours and weekend access may be required. Addendum #1 revises key deadlines: the proposal submission deadline is September 20th, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, and inquiries must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST on September 1st, 2026. The desired occupancy date remains to be determined (TBD). All previously submitted proposals remain under consideration, and vendors may revise and resubmit their proposals by the new deadline.
The tenant requires a highly visible location with adequate street exposure and parking within the area shown on Exhibit C, though proposed locations outside the defined area will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The addendum specifies that this revised guidance takes precedence over the original ITN document, with all other terms, conditions, and regulations continuing to apply.
