About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for the Implementation and Migration to Xperience by Kentico. The ITN solicits responses to establish a contract to implement and migrate FDLE's on-premises Kentico v.12 Content Management System (CMS) to an on-premises Xperience by Kentico platform. FDLE will provide the necessary Xperience by Kentico licensing. The solicitation provides answers to vendor questions regarding active directory integration, iFrame integrations, certifications, FDLE's existing infrastructure, existing webforms, and the number of pages to be migrated. FDLE has not established a budget or budget range for this project.

The solicitation is issued for the State of Florida, specifically Leon County. No GSA schedule or other certifications are required beyond registration with MyFloridaMarketplace. The solicitation closing date is December 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM ET.
