About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) for a General Tax Administration eServices System. The key changes include modifications to user ID linking capabilities, encryption requirements, and allowable programming languages. The ITN is seeking a contractor with experience in developing, implementing, hosting, and maintaining an eServices system for users to file and pay multiple taxes and fees, perform account updates, and provide a secure data exchange channel. The ITN has an opening date of May 25, 2023.
Regarding pricing and other details, the document indicates that the successful vendor will be required to ensure all core services and functionalities are fully integrated and operational by a date to be negotiated. The ITN covers services for the state of Florida, specifically Leon County and Tampa City. No additional information is provided about pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources.
