About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the State of Oregon, acting through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, for the Clackamas Fish Hatchery Replanting Project. The project involves the purchase and planting of native plants in the Clackamas Fish Hatchery Pipeline project area. The ITB includes a Pricing Submittal Form that lists the required plant species and quantities, with a minimum of 7,800 plants comprising at least 3 different varieties. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities or remove items as necessary to meet budgetary constraints, and the award will be based on the greatest monetary value within those constraints.
The Pricing Submittal Form provides unit costs and total costs for the various plant species, and indicates that any items not explicitly listed are considered incidental to the work. The ITB does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient pricing details.
