About this file
This document is an Attachment B - Bid Cover Sheet for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife for the Clackamas Fish Hatchery Replanting Project. The project involves the purchase and planting of native plants at the Clackamas Fish Hatchery Pipeline project area. The ITB requires bidders to acknowledge and agree to the contract terms and conditions, provide information about their business, and certify compliance with various legal and ethical requirements. Bids are due by a specific deadline, and the contract term is not specified.
The ITB does not provide details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial terms. It focuses on the administrative and legal requirements for submitting a responsive bid, including certifications related to the bidder's status, payment of taxes, and prevention of discrimination and harassment.
