About this file
Addendum Number Four to ITB 26-07-F modifies the polymer supply and service equipment contract for the Marlay-Taylor Water Reclamation Facility (MTWRF) in Lexington Park, Maryland, operated by the Maryland Commission. This addendum provides clarifications and modifications to the original invitation to bid regarding the supply of polymer and necessary service equipment and materials required for conditioning anaerobically digested sludge prior to dewatering through Fournier Rotary Presses, Gravity Belt Thickening, and the BioMag settling process. The addendum addresses specific requirements, specifications, and terms applicable to bidders responding to this solicitation and supersedes or modifies corresponding provisions in the original ITB documents.
The addendum establishes binding requirements for all prospective bidders and incorporates modifications that must be acknowledged and accepted as conditions of bid submission. All bidders must incorporate the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in Addendum Number Four into their proposals, and failure to do so may result in bid rejection or non-responsiveness determinations. The modifications detailed in this addendum take precedence over conflicting language in the original ITB package and establish the controlling terms under which the contract will be awarded and executed.
