About this file
This document is an Addendum to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) #23-027 issued by the Salem Area Mass Transit District (SAMTD) for the Del Webb Administration Building Roof Repainting project. The ITB solicits bids to clean and repaint the metal roof at SAMTD's Del Webb facilities. The addendum provides clarifications and responses to questions raised by prospective bidders, including confirmation that the roof can be walked on and that both parties must agree the first coat has provided sufficient coverage before applying a second finish coat. The addendum also states that there are no requirements to contain or filter water used for pressure washing the roof.
The project is located within Marion County and the City of Salem, Oregon. The ITB does not specify any set-asides, incumbent contractors, or funding sources. Bidders should refer to the original ITB for complete details on pricing terms, response requirements, and other contractual information.
