About this file
This document is an addendum to Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. FDVA-ITB-23-007B issued by the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs (FDVA) for a Web-Based Maintenance Software. The FDVA is seeking a contractor to provide and maintain a new Automated Web-based Building Management System (BMS) for its eight nursing home facilities, one assisted living facility, and any future FDVA service locations. The system will be used for generating, collecting, monitoring, and managing various facilities maintenance functions including work order submission, equipment inventory and life cycle tracking, preventive maintenance, and repair work scheduling and tracking. The addendum clarifies several vendor questions related to the requirements, including that the contractor must be the publisher and owner of the software, no resellers will be accepted, and electronic bid submissions are not allowed. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 3:00 PM local time, and the FDVA requires the new system to be fully operational by June 30, 2023.
The ITB specifies that the contractor must be the publisher and owner of the software and intellectual property, and no resellers will be accepted. The FDVA has not finalized the budget for this project. The addendum also addresses other vendor questions related to system requirements, integrations, and user access. FDVA will only accept a SaaS solution and does not require any HIPAA compliance or integration with other state systems.
