About this file

This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the demolition of the Miles Fiberglass Building issued by the Clackamas County Development Agency located in Oregon City, Oregon. The ITB outlines the general requirements for the removal or demolition of specifically identified structures and/or solid waste materials, including materials classified as hazardous waste, from the real property owned by the Clackamas County Development Agency. The contractor must immediately and diligently pursue all required permits and completion of the Hazardous Materials Assessment, and must complete all demolition and material removal within 60 days after receipt of permits and Hazardous Materials Report. The ITB confirms that this is a prevailing wage job.

The contractor has the option to crush the concrete and leave it on-site, as long as it is evenly spread across the site, and any exposed soil would still need to be seeded and covered per the ITB. The contractor is responsible for completing the Hazardous Material Assessment, and the cost of any required remediation will be approved through a change order.
