About this file

This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) published by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) - Procurement Services to solicit qualified bids for the supply of Tires, Related Products and Services. The ITB outlines general tire specifications, including industry compliance requirements, and provides bid forms for Tires, Related Products, Services, and Sustainable Offerings. Bidders are required to provide manufacturer or brand name, general description, list price, and discount percentage, including a 2% fee to cover the vendor contract administrative fee (VCAF).

The ITB states that deviations from the specifications discovered after purchase shall be corrected by the contractor at no cost to the authorized purchaser. Pricing information and discount percentages must be provided for all bid items, and bidders are reminded to include the 2% VCAF in their pricing.
