About this file
This is an Exhibit B Pricing Schedule for ITB 00002656, an on-call crane and heavy haul services contract issued by the State of Oregon. The contract encompasses crewed vehicles including multiple crane capacities (20 tons, 60 tons, 200 tons, and 600 tons), tri-lifters up to 65 tons, forklifts up to 33,000 pounds, and prime mover semi-trucks with varying pulling capacities. Bidders must provide hourly rates for standard hours (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.), overtime hours (5 p.m. to 7 a.m. and weekends), and holiday hours. Mandatory quotations are required for items A1, A2, A5, A6, A7, and A8, while items A3 and A4 are optional. Additional services include spreader bars, lifting ropes and rigging setup, mobilization and demobilization fees, and a markup percentage on purchased items. The contract establishes minimum hourly billing in 30-minute increments, with rates remaining fixed and firm for the first year.
For evaluation purposes, the City will determine the lowest-cost bidder using a weighted formula: six hours of standard time for the 20-ton crane, two hours of standard time for the 60-ton crane, four hours of overtime for the tri-lifter, four hours of overtime for the forklift, two hours of holiday time for the prime mover semi-truck, and five each of mobilization and demobilization charges. All hourly rates must be all-inclusive of labor, overhead, and profit except for separately specified charges such as mobilization and demobilization fees. Bidders must provide a percentage markup on any purchased items necessary to perform contracted work.
