About this file
This document appears to be a set of Questions and Answers related to a Request for Information (RFI) for the Industrial Product - Vendor Support (IPV) Successor Initiative at the Red River Army Depot (RRAD) in Texarkana, Texas.
The key details are as follows: The RFI is seeking market information to support a future Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) contract for total supply chain management services at RRAD, which includes requisitioning material, providing required material, and stocking bins on the production line. The future contract will last up to 7.5 years, with a 3-year base period and two 2-year option periods. The estimated award date is between Q2-Q3 of FY2025. The Government is interested in industry capabilities, performance metrics, technical input, and rough order of magnitude pricing. A site visit to RRAD may occur between July-August 2024. Responses to the RFI are due by June 5, 2024 and should address the provided questionnaire topics. This document does not contain the Performance Work Statement, but rather provides clarifications and answers to contractor questions about the RRAD site and operations.
