About this file

The document provides instructions for updating or resubmitting vendor information in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) registration system. To update or renew a vendor registration, the vendor must log into their IPG account, select the "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" option, and then choose the "State of Illinois Vendor Registration" from the available options. Vendors can autofill a new registration using an existing "active" or "denied" registration, or start a new blank registration. After making any necessary changes to the registration forms, the vendor must submit the updated information for review.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the Illinois Department of Agriculture to procure a vendor to provide backstage catering services for the 2024 Du Quoin State Fair. This competitive solicitation requires electronic submissions only, and no paper responses will be accepted. The state of Illinois and Perry County are the jurisdictions involved in this contract opportunity.
