About this file
This document is an amendment to a contract solicitation for backstage catering services at the 2024 Du Quoin State Fair, issued by the Illinois Department of Agriculture. The amendment provides responses to questions received, including confirming that the vendor can use a mobile kitchen trailer and grill on-site, and that power and water will be available. The original contract solicitation seeks a vendor to provide catering services for the 2024 Du Quoin State Fair, with submissions required to be submitted electronically per state procurement regulations. The contract will be awarded to serve the state of Illinois, specifically Perry County.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. It focuses solely on the logistical details of the catering services and the amendment process.

AGR-DQSF-Backstage Catering
This Amendment is to provide questions and answers that have been received this far.
1. - I am based in Springfield, IL. Catering for this event would require us to bring our Mobile Kitchen Trailer & Trailer Grill and prepare meals on site at the fairground. Would this be possible? If so, would power and water be available? I have a 50amp service cord.
1. Yes, water and electricity will be available.
