About this file

This is a vendor registration instruction document from the State of Illinois. The document provides guidance for vendors updating or resubmitting information through the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) system. Vendors must log into their IPG accounts, navigate to the "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" section under Key Actions, and select "State of Illinois Vendor Registration" from the available options. The registration process allows vendors to autofill information from existing active or denied registrations or begin with a blank registration form. Vendors are required to review and update each form as needed, clicking "Save and Return" after completing each section before submitting changes for review through the "Next" button.

This document serves as procedural guidance rather than a solicitation or contract opportunity and contains no information regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding, contract terms, or renewal options. The instructions are designed to streamline the vendor registration and renewal process within the State of Illinois procurement system, ensuring vendors maintain current and accurate information in their accounts.
