About this file
This is a vendor registration instruction document for the State of Illinois. The document provides step-by-step guidance for vendors seeking to update or resubmit their information through the IPG (Illinois Procurement Gateway) system. Vendors must log into their IPG accounts, access their Dashboard, and select "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" from the Key Actions menu. The process requires vendors to choose between using an active registration, denied registration, or blank registration as an autofill template. Vendors must complete each required form, make necessary updates, click "Save and Return" after each form, attach required documentation, and proceed through each section sequentially before submitting their changes for review.
The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent vendors, funding sources, or contract amounts. This instruction file serves solely as a procedural guide for the vendor registration and renewal process within the State of Illinois procurement system, with no reference to specific contract opportunities, products, services, or award timelines.
