About this file

This document provides vendor registration instructions for the State of Illinois. The instructions outline the process for vendors to update or resubmit their information through the IPG (Illinois Procurement Gateway) vendor account system. Vendors must log into their dashboard and select "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" from the Key Actions menu, then choose "New Vendor Registration & Renewal" to access available registrations. The process allows vendors to either autofill a new registration using an existing active or denied registration or begin with a blank registration form. Vendors are required to review and modify each form as necessary, saving their work after each section before proceeding to the next step.

Upon completion of all required forms and submission of necessary supporting documents, vendors click "Next" to submit their updated information for review by the State of Illinois. This registration process applies to all vendors seeking to do business with the state and must be completed to maintain active vendor status or to appeal previously denied registrations.
