About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid form for the State of Illinois, specifically for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources Office of Law Enforcement seeking to procure four jon boat packages consisting of boats, motors, and trailers for use by the Illinois Conservation Police. The boats will enable Conservation Police to access areas otherwise unreachable for search and rescue operations and enforcement patrols, with detailed specifications provided in Section 1.2.2 of the contract attachment. The document serves as the official bid submission form that bidders must complete and return in compliance with all solicitation requirements outlined in Section A.1.
The form requires bidders to declare any claims for preferences available under the Illinois Procurement Code, including the Illinois Business Preference and Domestic Product Preference, with supporting documentation and justification as applicable. Bidders may also submit exceptions to the Standard Terms and Conditions by providing a redline version of those terms, which the State may accept or reject. All resulting contracts will incorporate the Standard Terms and Conditions available through the Illinois Central Procurement Office. Bidders must ensure compliance with all documented requirements, as failure to meet specified criteria may result in disqualification from consideration.
