About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) form submitted to the State of Illinois for electronic parts. The document serves as the official bid submission template that vendors must complete and submit electronically to be considered for contract award. According to CPO Notice 2023.12, the State of Illinois requires all competitive solicitations to be submitted electronically, with paper responses not accepted. The solicitation is identified as 25-1051R for Electronic Parts, with vendor questions to be directed to nsnow@getipass.com with the email subject line "Questions for 25-1051R Electronic Parts." The bid submission deadline is October 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
The IFB form requires bidders to declare any claims for preferences available under the Illinois Procurement Code, including the Illinois Business Preference (which requires completion of a provided affidavit) and the Domestic Product Preference (which must be noted in the Alternate Description field for applicable line items). Bidders may also submit exceptions to the Standard Terms and Conditions by providing a redlined version with their offer, subject to State acceptance or rejection. The Standard Terms and Conditions are available on the Illinois CPO website at https://cpo-general.illinois.gov/solicitation-and-contract-templates.html. Bidders must ensure completion of all required documents as outlined in solicitation section A.1, as failure to meet requirements constitutes grounds for disqualification.
