About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Davis School District Purchasing Department in Clearfield, Utah, seeking competitive sealed bids for percussion instruments. The solicitation allows vendors to submit proposals for supplying musical instruments, with the potential for multiple awards. Products will be purchased on an as-needed basis, and the district reserves the right to determine if offered products meet or exceed specified requirements. Alternate products will not be considered.
The bid document includes several key compliance requirements, notably a certification under Utah Code 63G-27-102 that vendors are not engaged in an "economic boycott" or a "boycott of the State of Israel". Vendors must also confirm whether goods are produced in Utah and agree not to engage in prohibited boycotts for the contract's duration. The form requires potential bidders to provide company details, business type, contact information, and make specific legal certifications, with space for federal tax identification number, ordering and remittance addresses, and an authorized representative's signature.
