About this file
This document is a First Amendment to Contract No. 01620 for Business Consulting Services between the State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services and Integris Performance Advisors, a California company. The amendment was executed on May 1, 2022, with both parties signing on June 14, 2022, and involves modifying the original contract that was initially effective March 1, 2022.
The amendment specifically addresses modifications to Exhibit A of the original contract, involving the deletion of two sentences from the "Requirements for All Categories" sections (Numbers 8 and 9). While the specific details of those deleted sentences are not provided, the amendment maintains that these changes are within the scope of the original contract. The document emphasizes that except for these specific amendments, the original contract remains in full force and effect, with no other changes to the terms, conditions, or provisions of the initial agreement.
