About this file
This is an Insurance Requirements document for the PV System for Pentucket MHS project in Massachusetts, outlining the mandatory insurance coverage the successful bidder must provide. The contractor is required to obtain a Property Installation Floater in the amount of $1 million with Pentucket named as Loss Payee, Commercial General Liability Insurance of $1 million, Automotive Liability Insurance of $1 million, Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance of $1 million, and Umbrella Insurance of $5 million. The District must be listed as an additional insured on all liability policies with Primary and Non-Contributory language included in both the General Liability and Auto Liability coverage.
All required insurance policies must include a Waiver of Subrogation that applies to General Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker's Compensation coverages.
