About this file

This document details insurance requirements for the Seminole County Utilities Operations Division's Invitation for Bid (IFB-605032-25) for Inventory Parts procurement. The document specifies mandatory insurance coverage that potential vendors must maintain to be eligible for the contract, which involves routine high-volume inventory parts purchases for the Utilities Operations Division.

The insurance requirements encompass three primary areas of coverage: Workers' Compensation & Employers' Liability Insurance (with statutory workers' compensation and $1,000,000 limits for employers' liability), Commercial General Liability Insurance (with $1,000,000 per occurrence and various aggregate limits), and Business Automobile Liability Insurance (with a $1,000,000 combined single limit for any auto, including owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles). These comprehensive insurance requirements demonstrate the county's risk management approach and ensure that potential contractors have adequate financial protection across multiple operational domains.
