About this file

This is an Insurance Requirements exhibit for Seminole County's Emergency Maintenance of Traffic (IFB-5209-26) contract opportunity in Florida. The document establishes mandatory insurance coverage and liability limits that vendors must maintain throughout the contract term to perform emergency traffic control services, including roadway closures, traffic detours, lane reductions, and sidewalk detours during utility repair operations.

The insurance requirements include Workers' Compensation coverage at statutory limits with Employers' Liability limits of $1,000,000 each for accident, disease aggregate, and disease per employee; Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate, $2,000,000 products and completed operations aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury; and Business Automobile Liability Insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 for any auto or owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles. All insurance policies must be maintained as a condition of contract performance and serve as protection for both the vendor and Seminole County during emergency traffic management operations.
