Compensation will be provided monthly on a fixed-fee basis according to unit pricing in individual Purchase Orders, with all reimbursable expenses included within established fixed-fee amounts. The County does not guarantee minimum work volume and reserves the right to reject all proposals, make multiple awards, conduct interviews and presentations, and cancel the project entirely.
