About this file
This document details the Minimum Insurance Requirements for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance and Repair Services. The insurance requirements specify comprehensive coverage across multiple categories to protect the contracting entity.
The insurance requirements outline five distinct insurance types with specific liability limits: Workers' Compensation (statutory coverage with $1,000,000 limits for various scenarios), Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence with aggregate limits up to $2,000,000), Business Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit for owned, hired, and non-owned autos), Excess/Umbrella Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), and Professional Liability ($1,000,000 per claim with a $2,000,000 general aggregate). These robust insurance requirements suggest a comprehensive risk management approach for UPS maintenance and repair service providers, ensuring financial protection across potential operational scenarios.
