About this file
This document outlines the insurance requirements for the Seminole County, Florida Utilities Department's One Call Ticket Management Services contract (IFB-605051-25). The procurement seeks a vendor to provide ticket management and screening services that comply with Florida Statute 556, with specific insurance coverage requirements detailed for potential contractors.
The insurance requirements specify three key insurance types: Commercial General Liability Insurance (with coverage ranging from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 across different categories), Cyber Liability and Technology Errors and Omissions Insurance ($1,000,000 per claim), and Professional Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per claim with a $2,000,000 general aggregate). These comprehensive insurance mandates are designed to protect the county's interests and ensure vendor capability to manage potential risks associated with ticket management services.
