Workers' Compensation policies must include a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement in favor of the City and its officers, agents, and employees, or a Workers' Compensation Waiver if the contractor is self-employed with no employees. All certificates must provide for thirty days' written notice to the Certificate Holder prior to cancellation or material change of any insurance coverage referenced in the certificate.
