The spreadsheet includes details on required fields such as Supplier, Supplier ID, Supplier Part Number, Short Description, Long Description, Product Group, Contract Price, MSRP, Special Search Terms, Delivery in Days, Unit of Measure, Hyperlink URL, Manufacturer, and Manufacturer Part Number. The spreadsheet has been locked and password protected, with specific guidelines on the allowable modifications. The instructions outline the formatting requirements and validation processes for each field, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the submission.

The instructions highlight the importance of providing comprehensive product details, including packaging information, threat levels, brand names, sizes, and colors available. Suppliers are required to use the National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP) codes to categorize the product groups. The contract pricing should include the discounted price offered to the State of Mississippi, as well as the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Additionally, suppliers are encouraged to include searchable terms and the maximum delivery time for each item.
