About this file

This is an instructional document for completing forms in DocuSign as part of a solicitation process for the County of Ocean, New Jersey, specifically for the Construction of C.R. 539 Overpass Structure No. 1523-031, which involves the Whiting-New Egypt Road over Ridge Way in Plumsted and Jackson Townships. The document provides a step-by-step guide for respondents to navigate the OpenGov platform and complete required DocuSign forms. Bidders must click the "Draft Response" button to begin, access the Questionnaire section, and select "Complete via DocuSign" for applicable questions. All required fields marked in red must be completed before submission is permitted. The process requires bidders to enter their name and email address, review the form, and click "Finish" once all mandatory information is provided.

The document emphasizes a critical final step in the submission process: after downloading, printing, or reviewing the completed DocuSign document, bidders must click the link above the DocuSign window stating "click here to load your completed document" to ensure the document populates into the OpenGov system. Failure to complete this step will result in loss of progress and the submission will not save. Bidders should repeat these steps for any additional questions requiring DocuSign forms. The instructions serve as a procedural guide to facilitate proper form submission and ensure all documentation is correctly uploaded to the solicitation platform.
