About this file
This is an instructional document providing guidance on completing DocuSign forms within the OpenGov platform for the County of Ocean, New Jersey's solicitation for replacement of Brewers Bridge (Structure No. 1511-005) over the South Branch of Metedeconk River in Jackson Township. The document outlines the procedural steps respondents must follow when submitting their bid response, beginning with clicking the "Draft Response" button and navigating to the Questionnaire section where DocuSign-enabled questions are identified. Bidders must complete all required fields marked in red within the DocuSign window, download or print their signed documents if desired, and critically, click the load button above the DocuSign window to populate the completed document into OpenGov to ensure their progress is saved.
The instructions emphasize that failure to click the load button after completing DocuSign forms will result in loss of progress if the bidder navigates away from the page. These procedural requirements apply to any questions within the solicitation that require DocuSign form completion, and bidders must repeat the outlined steps for each applicable question to ensure all necessary documentation is properly submitted and recorded in the OpenGov system.
