Attachment A Equipment
All of the equipment offered to the Massachusetts State Police by the bidder must be of the latest design and incorporate the latest technological advances in thermal imaging technology and color camera technology. Equipment must be solid state in design and be able to withstand all normal environmental and operational conditions that could be expected in normal operational circumstances in a public safety application in the geographic area of the Commonwealth in any season with no adverse operational effects.
Any known latent defect in any bidder provided equipment should be divulged in writing by the bidder with their bid response to the Massachusetts State Police or the bidder risks no payment for the equipment with the latent defect. This means that all equipment provided to the Massachusetts State Police must incorporate all of the latest modifications to equipment that may have been instituted by the bidder to address previously discovered latent defects or operational deficiencies.
