About this file
This document contains Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Instructions for Integrated Liquid Waste Management services at Aviano Air Force Base in Italy. The BPA outlines key administrative requirements, including that the contractor will perform services when ordered by the Contracting Officer, with purchase limitations on each call against the agreement. Critical instructions cover ordering authority delegation, delivery ticket requirements, invoicing procedures, and pricing terms. Specifically, the contractor must submit itemized invoices monthly, ensure prices are as low as those charged to their most favored customer, and provide price lists with a defined validity period that require Contracting Officer approval at least 15 days before expiration. The government's obligation is limited to authorized purchases actually made under the BPA, and the contractor must honor only written ordering delegations within specified monetary limits.
