Objective To implement a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the purchase of medical repair parts and supplies on an as-needed basis for Phoenix Indian Medical Center under the Biomedical Department. It is critical to have readily available parts and supplies to support timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency servicing of medical equipment. • Pricing under this SOW is based on current market rates for supplies, materials, and shipping costs and is fixed. In the event of an unanticipated and material increase in supply or shipping costs due to inflation or market conditions, the parties may mutually agree to an equitable adjustment solely to the affected cost components, provided that such adjustment shall not alter the fixed price of this SOW unless expressly agreed to in writing by both parties through a formal amendment.
