Pre-award inspections are scheduled following vendor award, with set dates in May and November, coordinated through NNMC Biomed Tech Dory Johnson or Biomed Supervisor Rob Whitehorse. When biological safety cabinets fail inspection requiring major repairs or component replacements, the Government will procure and install the parts/filters, with the contractor performing follow-up inspection at no additional cost. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM only. The applicable Department of Labor Service Contract Act Wage Determination is WD # 2015-5445. For Past Performance evaluation purposes, "recent" is defined as project completion within the last three years. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
